Case Study: MDCI

Client Challenge

MDCI are one of the longest established project management companies in Spain. They required a number of advertising campaigns which would go across printed media in their local area in addition to billboards. They wanted a clear message which would hit property developers highlighting the need for good project management.

Using visually arresting images and the clear “He Did, He Didn't” message we highlighted the difference between developers who use MDCI and those who don't. A range of advertisements and billboards were produced.

The following campaign centred around the theme "You are never alone" and used emotionally stirring images to evoke the feeling of concern and abandonment. By clever use of copy we added a positive spin to the message explaining to developers the advantages of working with MDCI.


Each campaign ran in local media and on billboards throughout the area for approximately three months. The campaigns resulted in attracting new custom in addition to raising MDCI’s profile.

Following on, we developed a tri-lingual web site which runs off a custom made content management system. Features include dynamic front page elements and the ability to create and update a portfolio for each new development.
